~The weather conditions in the battle wasn't bad and it didn't get in the way of the battle.
~ More than two million soldiers fought in the Battle of the Marne, and 100,000 of them were killed or wounded. ~It resulted in an Allied victory against the German Army under Chief of Staff Helmuth von Moltke the Younger. ~ French General Joseph Joffre who decided that it was time for the Allies to counterattack the Germans. ~ The Allies had around 263,000 soldiers wounded including 81,000 that died. Around 220,000 Germans were injured or killed.
